If you encounter this issue in a session please use these steps to troubleshoot:
Issue: When running the “Audio Setup Wizard” sound comes from the headphones, but once it is closed sound will play out of the computer speakers (even when headset is the default input/output device in “System Preferences” on the Mac.
1. Restart your Mac with your headset plugged in
2. Confirm that your headset is the default input and output device in “System Preferences>Sound” on your Mac
3. Log in to Adobe Connect and run the “Audio Setup Wizard”, confirm that audio is coming out of your headphones in step 1
4. If sound is still coming out of your speakers (instead of the headphones) then please email [email protected]
