Chances are we already have the materials you'll need to teach your class:
- Chalk? Yes!
- Flip Boards? You Betcha!*
- Markers? Absolutely!
- Blue Books? Indubitably!
- How about...? Seriously, we probably have it.
We frequently - nearly every day - check the Lewisohn Hall classrooms to ensure the standard course materials are available, and we restock the supplies when necessary.
But, just to be on the safe side, we strongly encourage people to submit requests for typical course supplies or materials at least five business days in advance of a deadline. In addition to the four examples above, other typical objects include:
- Name Tags
- Tent Cards
Wait a second...do you need something that may be large, unique, or a special order? We can certainly help secure the item but we'll need at least ten business days' notice in advance of a deadline. The extra time helps ensure the materials are in-stock, ordered and delivered often via a third-party such as Staples or Amazon.
If you're an instructor: Please make sure your program administrator or director has approved the order (for their budget purposes).
If you're an administrator: Please check with your faculty at the beginning of and throughout the term to ensure they've submitted their requests for course materials via our online helpdesk.
We're always happy to help and completely understand that emergencies happen and exceptions may be made.
Thank you and kind regards,

*A flipboard generally contains 30 sheets of paper. When submitting a request for flipboards please keep that in mind. In the past we've received requests for 12 - 15 flipboards, when only 15 sheets of paper were required. No worries, though - we'll confirm the details together.
