Mandatory Client Upgrade: July 20
On Friday, July 20, Panopto for Windows, Remote Recorders, and Panopto for Mac are required to be upgraded to version 5.6 or above. This change will be applied to your Panopto site at 8:00pm EDT.

Downtime 1: July 28
On Saturday, July 28, the Panopto Cloud databases will be updated. This update will require downtime:
- Sites will be updated from 10:00pm July 28 to 1:00am July 29 EDT.
- Expect up to 3 hours of downtime, starting at 10:00pm.
Downtime 2: August 11
On Saturday, August 11, a number of updates to the Panopto Cloud infrastructure will be made to increase performance and scalability. These updates will require downtime:
- Sites will be updated from 7:00pm to 11:00pm EDT.
- Expect up to 4 hours of downtime, starting at 7:00pm.
During both downtimes, you will not be able to access recordings on your server, and any attempts to upload from clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
