Google Meet is a web-conferencing tool available to all Columbia University faculty, staff, and students. It is provided as part of the core set of Google services and applications included with LionMail, and fully integrates with Google Calendar. Users can meet via webcam and audio, share screen/presentations, collaborate on notes, view videos, chat, and poll attendees. The “Moderator” manages the meeting and all others have the role of “Participant”. Meetings may be recorded and are automatically published to Google Drive.
