Instructors can easily schedule open office hours just as they would schedule Zoom class sessions and titling those meetings as 'Office Hours.' When setting up the Zoom room for office hours, the best practice is to enable the waiting room and disable automatic recording. If an instructor would like students to sign up for time slots, the Scheduler through the Canvas Calendar is a great feature for that. This tool works for scheduling virtual or in-person appointment groups. We have a brief overview below.
